Campaspe Climate Partnership

COLLABORATIVE ACTION PLAN

Work funded by the Australian Government

Our guiding question

“What collaborative actions can we take to strengthen the service system in Campaspe Shire to better meet the needs of all the community in the context of a changing climate and increasing climate-related disasters?”

How to use this action plan

This action plan has been developed in collaboration with community service and health organisations in Campaspe. The plan has been structured into six action domains. Within each domain there are a range of collaborative actions to strengthen the service system. Explore the action domains by clicking through the buttons below and here to get involved.

Acknowledgment of Country

This work is taking place on the lands of the Yorta Yorta, Taungurung and Dja Dja Wurrung peoples. ARC Justice acknowledges them as the traditional and ongoing custodians of the lands.

We pay our respects to Elders past, present and emerging. We recognise the historic and ongoing systemic injustices perpetrated against First Peoples through colonisation, and that Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander people and communities often face disproportionate climate impacts. We also recognise First Peoples’ resistance, survival and ongoing connection to Country.

There is no climate justice without racial justice. Effective climate action is impossible without addressing systemic racism and centering First Nations leadership.
